Albemarle County Warrant Records Albemarle County Warrant Records

This is a private guide, not an official records counter. We cannot confirm, recall, or clear a warrant. For an Albemarle County case, use the office that issued or serves the process: the Sheriff's Office, Circuit Court, General District Court, Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, or District 16 Magistrate. Give the clerk the case number and court name from your papers when possible. Call before visiting because office hours and procedures can change.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear a warrant, post bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the sheriff's warrant unit or the issuing court directly.
